Administration Building

The administration building contains the village's sensitive information, such as ninja documents and information on the village's operations, and also serves as a hub for administrative and diplomatic discussions.

The Academy

This is where those who strive to become ninja are taught the basics, and tested before they can become full-fledged shinobi. Located around it are various training areas used by students and official ninja alike.

Kiri Aviary

A small station containing a section where the ninja messenger birds reside such as hawks, eagles, owls and the sort. Each sort of bird is used for different location and time of day when the message is sent. It also has the cryptanalysis team inside that works hard coding and decoding secret messages that are then conveniently sent from within. Due to Kiri's environment, their birds have to be specially trained to navigate through the thick mists, and only a bird from the village is typically able to make it back in - those from other villages can easily get lost due to the low visibility conditions.
